CANCELLATION POLICY

Your appointments are very important to me! The time & service is reserved specifically for you & although I do understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary in life I do respectfully request at least a 24 hour notice for cancellations. Please understand that when you forget or cancel your appointment without giving enough notice, I miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time, & clients on my waiting list miss the opportunity to receive services. Your appointments are confirmed 72 hours in advance because I know how easy it is to forget an appointment you booked sometimes months in advance.  Since the services are reserved for you personally, a  Cancellation fee will apply if a notice is not given. The booking system will ask for a credit card to be on file in order to book your appointment. - Less than 24 hour notice will result in a charge equal to 50% of the reserved service amount. -If you are 10 or more minutes late it will be considered a canceled appointment & a cancellation fee of 50% of the reserved service amount will be charged.  - “NO SHOWS” will be charged 100% of the reserved service amount.
